"Like so many insurance brokers, the service is outstanding when you’re a prospective client—but once the policy is in place, the communication all but disappears. My emails have gone unanswered, and follow-up has been nonexistent. It certainly feels like once they’ve earned their commission, their interest in customer service ends. If you value responsive communication and ongoing support, you may want to look elsewhere."
